About this experience
Dahab is one of the most important freediving destinations on the planet — the deep, sheltered Blue Hole lets athletes train to extraordinary depths metres from shore. This Level 1 course teaches you the fundamentals: breathing, relaxation, equalisation and safety, before guiding you to your first depths on a single breath. Most students reach 10–20 metres by the end. No experience needed beyond being comfortable in water.
