What it is
Ralph's German Bakery is a popular bakery and breakfast café in Mashraba, run by chef Ralph Stocker. The counter is all European baking — sourdough and wholegrain breads, pastries and its signature Berliner — and the kitchen serves full breakfasts and coffee from 07:00 until 20:00 every day. Power sockets near most tables and fast Wi-Fi make it a regular stop for remote workers, and you can take away or order delivery. The bakery has also opened a branch in Cairo.
