About this experience
As the sun sets you drive a short way into the Sinai desert to a Bedouin camp, where dinner — often chicken or vegetables slow-cooked under the sand, with bread baked on the fire — is served on cushions around a low table. After eating, the guides point out constellations in a sky free of city light, with tea brewing on the coals. It's the quietest, warmest evening you'll have in Dahab.
