What it is
Drift opened in 2025 and quickly became Dahab's only serious cocktail destination. Bartenders who can actually shake, ingredients that don't all come from a single warehouse in Cairo, and a room that doesn't look like it was decorated in 1998. It costs roughly double what Yalla costs, and that's fair. Reservations help on weekends.
