What it is
Tota straddles the Lighthouse promenade with a long terrace facing the sea. The food side is more ambitious than most beach bars in town, the wine list is short but real, and the staff are friendly. Sunset hour is the move; after dark it's a calm spot to drink and talk. Less buzz than Mashraba, more space.
