FAQ
How hard is the climb?
It's a steady 2–3 hour climb in the dark. The main path is gradual; the final 750 'steps of repentance' are steep. A camel can carry you most of the way up for an extra fee.
Will it be cold?
Yes — the summit is cold before dawn even in summer. Bring warm layers and a headtorch.
